Customer Reports

Tri-ad receives continuous  shipment status and estimated arrival information from carriers and terminals, which it makes available at the customer’s request.

Waybills, customs forms, hazardous cargo certification and other documentation are received, filed and transmitted electronically in most cases, so that we always have a current record of your freight. We also have the capability to transmit freight bills electronically to customers, eliminating errors and discrepancies.  Need to know your on-time and loss claims record with your customers?  Want to track orders in a particular product line?  Tri-ad can generate customized logistics performance and management reports.
